Club 4 programme - Summer club

Please see below some information about the Club 4 programme which provides support to children in school holidays. Can you please share with any Ukrainian families who might be able to benefit from it.

The Club4 programme (known nationally as Holiday, Activity and Food Programme) is returning for the Summer school holidays. This programme is for children in Reception – School Year 11 that are eligible for benefits related free school meals or considered to be ‘vulnerable’ e.g. children on a child protection plan/known to children’s social services, looked after children, children with an EHC (educational, health, care) plan, children accommodated by Surrey County Council, children at risk of exclusion, young carers & refugee/asylum seeking children who may not be eligible for free school meals or are in the process of having their free school meals claims assessed. Families who are eligible for benefits related free school meals will receive a voucher through their school from 12th June. This voucher links directly to the booking system for them to book. If the child is eligible for benefits related free school meals then you do not need to fill out a referral form.
Families who are not eligible for free school meals but are considered to be vulnerable (see above list) can be referred by a partner by completing this MS Forms referral form https://forms.office.com/e/DQ6nRNe7gA. Please complete by 7th June. We will be generating vouchers back to referral agents/parents from 12th June, if you would like the voucher to go directly to the parent please stipulate this on the MS Form. These vouchers will link directly to the booking system. Places are available on a first come, first serve basis and we cannot guarantee availability.
