Planning Meeting are held on the first Wednesday of each Month (except August) at 18.00, followed at 18.30 by the Full Council Meeting. 

Meetings in June, July and September are held at the Dormansland War Memorial Hall - Jubilee Room - and other months at the Dormansland Baptist Church Hall.

If you have a written submission for the Council relating to any agenda item please ensure that the submission is emailed to the Clerk , parishclerk@dormansland.org.uk, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to ensure that the Clerk has time to circulate the submission and Councillors have time to read and digest the content.
