Meetings of the Parish Council are generally held on the first Wednesday of each month (except August) at 6:30pm.
Meetings in June, July and September are held at Dormansland War Memorial Hall other meetings are held at Dormansland Baptist Church Hall.
If there are any issues you would like to bring to the attention of the council you are very welcome to attend.
All minutes are in draft format until they are agreed at the next Full Council Meeting.
If you have a written submission for the Council relating to any agenda item please ensure that the submission is emailed to the Clerk , parishclerk@dormansland.org.uk, at least 48 hours prior to the meeting to ensure that the Clerk has time to circulate the submission and Councillors have time to read and digest the content.
