Dormansland Neighbourhood Plan

The consultation period for the Dormansland Neighbourhood Plan and associated Design Code has now ended. (The Consultation ran from 18th July to 26th September 2025).

The Neighbourhood Plan is now being amended as a result of the consultation. The website is temporarily unavailable as the amendments to the Plan are being reflected on the site.

The next steps will be a final consultation by Tandridge District Council, followed by an independent review by a Planning Inspector and finally a referendum to approve the adoption of the Plan.

If adopted the Plan and Design Code will become part of the planning policy framework used by Tandridge District Council to determine planning applications.
